What CAN I do
Six years ago, I asked myself a simple question: why do talented people leave good companies?
The answer was never just about salary. It was about how people felt at work, whether they felt seen, valued, and mentally safe enough to give their best.
That question became my career. Today I work with organizations across Pakistan and globally to fix the things that make good people leave, and build the conditions where great teams grow, using organizational psychology, evidence-based HR practice, and AI tools that actually work for people who are not engineers.
